The Nyla Team has successfully submitted to the Colosseum Hackathon.
Colosseum is one of Solana’s largest global hackathons of the year, with a fund ready to invest $2.5 million in winners.
Our submission is made up of three core components, which we’ll explain one by one:
- Instagram integration
- Mobile app for iOS and Android
- Web App V2
1. Instagram — A World Record Integration 🏆
This one’s a massive technical breakthrough.
To our knowledge, this is the first Solana application to ever work directly on Instagram.
Here’s how to use it:
- Visit the Agent Nyla Web App and link your Instagram account by commenting your link code directly on a post from the official @Agent.Nyla Instagram account.
- This will generate a new wallet that needs to be funded separately from your X wallet.
- From there, you can comment on other Instagram posts using the same commands you already know from our X agent.
The recipient username on Instagram will then receive funds in a wallet automatically created for them.
To claim and use the funds, users simply link their account through the web app or mobile app.
2. Mobile Apps for iOS & Android 📱
The mobile apps are another huge piece of the product puzzle.
This V1 release allows users to:
- Sign up or log in to their Agent Nyla account
- Authenticate using username/password or X login
- Start the Instagram linking flow
Core Features
- Transfer funds to anyone directly from the app
- View portfolio and account activity
- Receive push notifications for activity in or out of X or Instagram wallets
Like all software, this is just the beginning — the app is a living project.
Future updates will bring:
- Token swapping
- Platform activity exploration
- Launchpad access for upcoming Nyla features
Our mobile apps are currently being submitted to Apple and Google Play.
Before public release, holders of at least 50K $NYLA will be invited to beta test the applications.
3. Web App V2 💻
The V2 Web App delivers a host of major improvements:
- ✨ A fully redesigned homepage explaining the platform to both newcomers and crypto veterans
- ⚡ A library of one-click action buttons for pre-loaded tweets — easily trigger Nyla actions on X
- 📊 Upgraded site stats and swap features
- 💬 The ability to send to any user via wallet address or X handle directly from the dashboard
This ensures that no social platform can ever take Nyla down — users will always have a core web hub for sending crypto to anyone.
And finally, the V2 site also includes the Instagram link flow, bringing every piece of the ecosystem together.
Bringing It All Together 🎁
The Colosseum Hackathon was an incredible opportunity for the team to go big and launch something that’s never been done before — and we pulled it off!
We’re eagerly awaiting feedback from the judges and want to congratulate all the other teams who successfully shipped for the competition.
